A long-running personal blog shared by two authors with completely different approaches to life. And a lot of large, beautiful photographs of dogs and nature and places we've traveled to. Rich in commentary and irreverant in style.

We started blogging a long time ago. Our work hours never aligned with recommended psychotherapists and we needed to get our thoughts out. We are great friends, total opposites and long-time housemates. This was a way to communicate. With each other. With strangers. With consumer marketers. With sub-par meteorologists. With distant friends who wanted to see pictures of stuff we were up to.

This is the place. Our bucket of thoughts to share. You are welcome.
(We realize that most of you are here for the dog pictures.)

Something you would say to a person from your past. (Yenny)

Today’s Topic: Something you would say to a person from your past.

I have two options:

"Where's my money?" There's a pretty decent list of people for this one.  I have gotten better about this because I have learned from my mistakes and now when I do actually loan money out, I don't expect it back.  I mean I do, but if you don't, you 1) don't ever get more  and 2) get on the Yenny bad karma list.

“Thank you.” I think that is something I would say to most everyone from my past. If you did something good or something bad in my past, your impact made me who I am today. I used to get very angry about people who wronged me, but I am better now with my reactions and it all leads to something new.
