A long-running personal blog shared by two authors with completely different approaches to life. And a lot of large, beautiful photographs of dogs and nature and places we've traveled to. Rich in commentary and irreverant in style.

We started blogging a long time ago. Our work hours never aligned with recommended psychotherapists and we needed to get our thoughts out. We are great friends, total opposites and long-time housemates. This was a way to communicate. With each other. With strangers. With consumer marketers. With sub-par meteorologists. With distant friends who wanted to see pictures of stuff we were up to.

This is the place. Our bucket of thoughts to share. You are welcome.
(We realize that most of you are here for the dog pictures.)

Describe the hat of your dreams. (Yenny)

Today’s Topic: Describe the hat of your dreams.

I don't wear hats.  Well, hats hats. I wear baseball caps.  Lots of them.  Mostly because I sweat like I am hit by a water hose when I exercise or when it is hot outside.  The caps contain the sweat.  I have started to wear winter hats because I was getting tired of getting laughed at from the neighbors when I walk the dog in shorts when it is snowing.

One of my great winter hats. My Winter Classic outfit. You're welcome.

I do like to try on hats at the store, but I never buy them because I would never really wear them.  I love watching the British events that needs the ladies to wear extravagant hats, but I would never need any of those either.

So I did a Google search of awesome hats and realized I had a good collection of me in hysterical hats. Maybe if you guys are nice to me, I might share the collection with you one day.

My pick for today is:

Look how happy he is.

Have a great week!
